My next guest is a high school dropout, moved to the US to work as an actress, then moved back to Australia to continue working as an actress, and then started a dog walking business. As she learned, the freelance journey can be a rocky road filled with inconsistent income streams. On top of that, she managed to rack up about $25K in debt by spending money on things she didn’t really need. I can relate as my 20’s were very similar. Then a shift occurred and she created a process to work her way out of debt and one way she was able to speed up the process was with the help of Phil Town. If you don’t already know, Phil Town was a major influence on my life as well. She’s since applied his teachings on value investing and paid off a significant amount of debt while earning 30% in the stock market.
